Senior Recruiter | REC2REC | East Midlands to West Midlands -

Are you an experienced recruiter looking for a new opportunity that pulls to your strengths and part of the job you enjoy the most? With more flexibility, genuine support, and a commission structure that recognises every placement you make - big or small?

I’m currently working with a number of well-established and growing recruitment agencies that are adding experienced consultants to their teams. Whether that be a 180/270 or 360 degree consultant, you'll work in a collaborative environment with strong leadership and a clear path for progression - ideal for someone who’s ready to grow within a supportive and ambitious team.

What they offer:

• 🚀 Autonomy & Trust – You’ll have the freedom to run your own desk while being supported by a collaborative and experienced leadership team.
• Uncapped Commission – Earn up to 35% commission with no threshold - your success is in your hands.
• Clear Progression Path – Opportunities to progress quickly into Senior Consultant/ Team Lead or Management roles.
• High-Performance Culture – Regular incentives, team socials, lunch clubs, and annual trips to reward your hard work.
• Personal Development – Ongoing access to high-level coaching and personal development to continually sharpen your skills.

What we’re looking for:

• ✅ At least 6- 12 months' recruitment experience (sector flexible)
• ✅ Longevity within a previous agency
• ✅ Strong client/candidate relationship skills
• ✅ A confident self-starter who’s commercially minded and target driven
• ✅ Someone who values culture and is looking for long-term growth

They’re open to experienced consultants from any sector - so if you’re open to moving industry but want to stay in recruitment, this could be the right next step for you.
