Responsibilities

Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
Collaborate with the team and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to achieve store goals.
Take ownership of learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.

Qualifications

1+ months working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret them to drive sales.
Effective customer service and sales skills.
Team player, resilient, eager to learn, and curious.
Good communication skills in English.
