Key Responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day client relationships across social and influencer accounts
Develop and implement best‑in‑class, strategy‑led campaigns from concept to delivery
Oversee creative and content production with a focus on quality and purpose
Manage and mentor a small, ambitious team of social specialists
Collaborate with internal talent managers to deliver integrated influencer activity
Contribute to new business opportunities and the wider growth of the agency

Candidate Profile

Proven experience leading social and influencer campaigns within an agency environment
Strong strategic and creative capabilities
Confidence managing clients, budgets, and teams
A passion for meaningful, results‑driven social work
