Senior Recruitment Consultant (Contract) - Energy/ Utilities

Serious commission. Real autonomy. No threshold.

Recruitment Consultant – Energy & Utilities (Contract)

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic + up to 45% commission (no threshold)

The Opportunity

My client is a high-performing, medium-sized London recruitment agency with a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans. They are now hiring for their Energy & Utilities Contract desk , offering a genuine 360 opportunity with no threshold commission and the autonomy to build something substantial.

This isn’t a micro-managed, KPI-heavy environment. You’ll be trusted to run your desk like a business, with strong leadership support and clear progression available for high performers.

If you want to earn properly and have ownership of your market, this is the platform to do it.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running a full 360 contract desk within Energy & Utilities
• Generating new business and developing long-term client partnerships
• Sourcing and managing contract professionals
• Negotiating rates, margins and contract terms
• Building a strong pipeline of repeat business
• Managing contractor care and compliance

What they’re looking for:

• Proven 360 recruitment experience (contract preferred)
• Commercial mindset with confidence negotiating margins
• Ambition to grow a desk rather than inherit one
• Resilient, driven and motivated by earnings
• Energy, personality and a proactive approach

If you’re an experienced recruiter who wants uncapped earning potential, strong leadership backing and the freedom to build your own market - this is your move.
