Arboricultural Consultant

Tired of the same old consultancy routine? Here’s your chance to do meaningful arboricultural work and actually have time to enjoy your week.

We’re looking for a Arboricultural Consultant who’s confident in BS5837 consultancy, can provide clear advice to clients, and enjoys seeing projects progress from first sketches to planning approval. You’ll be delivering Arboricultural Impact Assessments, Method Statements, and TPO applications across sectors including residential, commercial, renewables and infrastructure - no two projects are the same, and you’ll have the freedom to shape your own workload.

This isn’t a box-ticking role. You’ll have a real voice in design discussions, representing trees where it matters and helping clients make smarter, greener decisions. You’ll collaborate with a friendly team of specialists who share knowledge generously and value open, honest communication. Whether you’re on site, in the office, or working from home, you’ll feel supported, trusted, and encouraged to grow.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in BS5837 consultancy and arboricultural planning
• A qualification in arboriculture or an environmental discipline
• Technical (or higher) membership of the Arboricultural Association
• Strong working knowledge of the UK planning system and AutoCAD
• Great communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

If you’re ready to join a consultancy that values people as much as projects, where innovation, flexibility and community come first, this could be your next great move.

Apply now and let’s talk trees, teamwork, and a better way to work.
