Property Litigation Solicitor

TSR Legal are currently seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor 4+ PQE to become a key member of our clients busy and growing wider Dispute Resolution team. You will be working alongside highly experienced specialists, advising a diverse client base including large corporates, SMEs, developers, landlords, tenants, and public sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of property disputes
• Advising clients on risk management and dispute avoidance.
• Handling proceedings in the County Court, High Court, and Property Tribunal.
• Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters.
• Playing an active role in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales 4+ PQE
• Strong technical knowledge of property litigation law and procedure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to manage work independently. Commercial awareness and a genuine enthusiasm for client service.
