Due to continued growth and recent client wins, This national Casualty Injury team is seeking a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal to take on a supervisory role within its Employers’ and Public Liability (EL/PL) team.

Summary

Job title: Solicitor / Supervisor – EL/PL

Location: UK-wide (Remote, Hybrid or Office – preference for Birmingham )

Salary: Up to £60,000

Role Overview

You’ll lead a small team managing litigated EL/PL claims, while also handling a personal caseload yourself. Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and mentoring team members
Monitoring performance, compliance and billing
Managing workload allocation and risk escalation
Building client relationships and supporting BD initiatives

This Role Is For You If You Have:

Experience in EL/PL or PI claims
Strong organisational and leadership skills
High attention to detail and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and client handling abilities
