We are seeking a dependable and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee engineering operations on a high-profile, long-term facilities management contract at a corporate banking site.
The role is based across three floors of a prestigious historical building in central London. It combines hands-on technical involvement with team leadership and client-facing responsibilities. • Foster strong relationships with both the client and internal teams
• Drive continuous improvement through efficient use of mobile technology and service reporting

• Flexible benefits to choose from inc: Dental Insurance, Gym Membership, Give As You Earn, Travel Insurance, Tax Free Bikes.
