We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with Salesforce experience to lead the design and architecture of Salesforce-based solutions across our Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong integration knowledge (e.g., MuleSoft), and a track record of successfully mapping business processes into scalable, efficient technical designs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the solution design process for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.
Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and third‑party integrations.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements.
Create solution architecture documents, data models, integration diagrams, and process flows.
Oversee system mappings, request/response structures, and API design—especially when integrating via MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
Ensure designs are scalable, secure, and compliant with Salesforce governance and enterprise architecture standards.
Provide design‑level guidance to development teams and conduct reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
Stay up to date with Salesforce platform capabilities, releases, and ecosystem trends.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Proven experience as a Solution Designer or Salesforce Architect on enterprise‑level projects.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, declarative tools, automation (Flows), and integration patterns.
Ability to map complex business processes and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments.
Background in agile delivery environments and DevOps pipelines for Salesforce.
Previous experience with Tier 1 consultancy or large‑scale Salesforce implementation projects.
