We are seeking an experienced and passionate DevOps Lead with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enterprise networking. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and delivering hybrid-cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern DevOps practices.
This role will be instrumental in shaping cloud roadmaps, enhancing CI/CD capabilities, and ensuring resilient, secure, and scalable cloud services within an enterprise banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of hybrid-cloud platforms and automated API-driven systems using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
Shape and influence GCP technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
Design, build, and release cloud-native services in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.
Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines using cloud-native and third-party tools.
Manage and resolve enterprise-level network connectivity incidents and problems .
Review and provide feedback on code changes to maintain engineering standards.
Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with enterprise security and control requirements .
Identify opportunities to adopt emerging technologies and cloud-based innovations.
Ensure services are resilient, cost-optimized, scalable, and production-ready.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
Proven experience in DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines .

Jenkins
Experience designing and delivering Hybrid Cloud architectures .
Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
