As the Support Analyst you will be providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to our clients existing customer base. Understanding business process, some internal training and ideally experience of working with SYSPRO ERP.

Responsibilities:

Provide remote and telephone support to customers
Product testing on new and existing products
Provide internal training
Build and share knowledge on new features of software
To give advice and support teams with any project issues so they can be resolved
Strong understanding of business processes, logistics
Work alongside the Support Desk Manager to help ensure opportunities are grown and customer expectations met

Skills:

Experience of SYSPRO ERP
Previous experience of ERP support/Help Desk
Full understanding of product testing, test documentation and test plans
Strong organisational skills
Experienced at supporting end users/customers
