Responsibilities
Operate and manage a Lovisa store, including staff supervision and customer service
Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and deliver high levels of service
Participate in training programs and pursue progression opportunities within the Lovisa leadership track
Ensure visual merchandising standards and store presentation are maintained
Qualifications
Experience in leading a customer-facing team
Interest in fashion and current trends
