Our client—an established and forward-thinking property consultancy—is seeking to appoint an Associate or Director-level Building Surveyor to lead and develop their Building Surveying offering in Winchester .

About the Role

This is an exceptional career opportunity, that will allow you to:

• Take full responsibility for delivering both professional and project-led building surveying services across a range of sectors

• Lead on client relationships , business development, and service innovation
• Play a key role in the long-term strategic direction of the office’s Building Surveying provision

What We’re Looking For

You will likely be an experienced Associate or emerging Director with:

• Chartered status (MRICS)
• A successful track record in professional and project-led building surveying
• Strong leadership and team development skills
