As Finance Director you will play an integral role in scaling this business. This hands‑on role will be based in Central London and will involve building a finance team, scaling the business, providing commercial insight and working with the owner/founders to deliver their vision.
Responsibilities
Build and lead a high‑performing finance team.
Scale the business through robust financial planning and analysis.
Provide commercial insight to support strategic decisions.
Collaborate closely with the owner/founders to deliver their vision.
Manage relationships with investors and provide them with comprehensive financial reporting.
Requirements
Hold an accounting qualification.
Have extensive experience in FMCG or Consumer sectors.
Demonstrated success in building teams at corporate and SME‑sized businesses.
Experience working with investors and a strong commercial acumen.
Demonstrated ability to add value and shape the strategic journey of a business.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary is dependent on experience and includes a share scheme.
