The Role – Sales Executive

You will play a key role in driving business growth across the Middle East by engaging corporate clients and SMEs through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business by targeting corporate clients and SMEs via cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Plan and conduct sales calls, meetings, and structured post‑call follow‑ups
• Deliver professional presentations and prepare client‑facing documentation
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Stay informed on market trends through financial press, webinars, and industry networking
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline management and forecasting
• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven perpetual success in a B2B, sales‑driven environment
• Strong consultative sales approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed
• Demonstrates high ethical standards and professional integrity
• Ability to ask insightful, probing questions to uncover client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Confident, assertive, and highly professional demeanor
• Knowledge of FX products including spot, forwards, and international payments is an advantage
