• Driving post-merger and acquisition integration projects, with a focus on IT simplification, rationalisation, and scalability.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders to develop technology roadmaps that support business priorities such as direct-to-consumer growth, personalised marketing, and sustainability initiatives.
• Providing architectural governance to ensure solutions are secure, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Translating complex business requirements into actionable technology strategies and overseeing successful implementation.

• Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture , with a strong background in the Consumer Goods sector .
• Understanding of sector-specific challenges, including seasonal demand planning, global supply chain visibility, product lifecycle management, and customer experience personalisation.
• Familiarity with consumer goods technology platforms—ERP (SAP, Oracle), supply chain and warehouse management systems, e-commerce platforms, and customer analytics tools.
