Our client is looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to take charge of their Collections and Legal Recoveries function. This is a senior role where you will shape recovery strategies, lead a high‑performing team, and play a pivotal role in minimizing losses while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You’ll own problem debt portfolios, influence senior decision‑making, and implement innovative recovery strategies that balance risk management with customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the collections and recoveries team to deliver exceptional results.
• Oversee problem debt exposures and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
• Design and implement robust recovery strategies, policies, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including AML, Consumer Credit, and fraud prevention.
• Provide high-quality management information to drive better decision-making and business outcomes.
