The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to join a highly successful, independent consultancy that genuinely punches above its weight.

With a close knit team of just four, the business has built an exceptional reputation for technical excellence and commercial understanding, working with major corporates, retailers, and global brands. This role offers exposure to a diverse, high-quality commercial portfolio that you would typically only see in much larger firms without the bureaucracy.

Why This Role Stands Out

You’ll work directly with an experienced, down-to-earth Director who has led national teams and delivered projects for some of the UK’s biggest organisations. The culture is relaxed, flexible, and built on trust, making it ideal for an Associate who values autonomy, professional respect, and the freedom to manage their own workload.

As a family run consultancy, they place genuine emphasis on work life balance, avoid unnecessary red tape, and reward strong performance through one of the most competitive bonus structures in the market.

If you’re looking for a role that offers freedom, impact, exceptional clients, and long‑term progression, this is a standout opportunity that’s difficult to find in larger corporate environments.

• Support project management duties, including exposure to D&B contracts
• Work autonomously while developing and maintaining strong relationships with an established portfolio of major occupier and landlord clients
