We’re hiring a commercially mature Business Development Manager to origin derivatives and token liquidity mandates with foundations, exchanges, and crypto-native funds.
Essential requirements (non-negotiable)
Proven business development experience in derivatives (options / structured products / derivatives-led environments)
Hands‑on crypto market making / token liquidity experience (you understand how liquidity is provided and monetised)
Network into token foundations / protocol teams (you know who controls liquidity decisions and budgets)
Ability to explain market making economics clearly: spreads, inventory risk, exchange dynamics, how desks generate revenue
Credibility with traders, founders, exchanges, and funds (you can operate at senior level conversations)
What you’ll do
Originate and close token liquidity + derivatives relationships
Convert foundation relationships into live market making mandates
Work closely with trading and liquidity teams to structure the right solution per project
