Head of Marketing - Asset Management

Head of Marketing – Financial Services & Asset Management – Up to £100k + Bens – London (hybrid working)

Our client is an award-winning and prestigious financial services provider, looking for an experienced Head of Marketing, with experience across asset management who can enhance their brand as they scale to new markets. This is a hybrid role with three days in the London office and a range of benefits from 10% company pension contribution, bonus, health insurance for you and family, gym and various others.

As Head of Marketing, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and other stakeholders and take a leading role in coordinating the development and implementation of impactful marketing strategies that build brand awareness among existing and new clients. This role will manage a Marketing Manager so needs experience of working in a smaller and highly successful marketing team alongside agency support. Strong experience overseeing key relationships will see you liaising with external agencies for PR initiatives as well as managing and updating the website. We are looking for a strategic but hands‑on Head of Marketing who channel compelling content, oversee events and multi‑channel marketing to develop brand and growth.

This senior Marketing position offers plenty of opportunity to showcase your thought leadership and strong passion for brand development as the business enters its next phase of scaling and growth.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience in implementing & managing branding strategy
• Experienced Marketer with experience of working within asset management
• Experience in developing internal & external communications
• Experience of organising marketing events and commissioning market research
• Experience of reporting on ROI using data
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Good understanding of digital design & print
• Outstanding writing skills with experience of creating internal/external copy and communication plans.
• Financially literate, ability to manage budgets
