TalentPool have exclusively partnered with a high-growth, design-led luxury brand to appoint a commercially minded Head of Operations . This is a rare opportunity to join an international business at a pivotal point in its scale-up journey.

Operating at the intersection of luxury interiors, e-commerce and craftsmanship , this brand has built a global presence with showrooms in major cities and a network of the world’s leading contemporary designers. Every piece is made-to-order and delivered to a discerning B2B and B2C client base.

As Head of Operations , you’ll lead a growing team and take full ownership of global operations – designing and implementing processes that optimise the customer journey, ensure operational excellence, and enable scale without compromising on service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and streamline global supply chain, logistics, and aftersales operations
• Build scalable systems for product, sample, order, and delivery management
• Oversee key vendor relationships across freight, warehousing, and production
• Champion data-led decision-making and collaborate on tech process automation
• Manage budgeting, compliance, performance monitoring, and team development
• Support international expansion while protecting cost and service standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior operations leadership, ideally within luxury, design, D2C or premium e-commerce
• Strong supply chain, logistics, and customer experience background
• Fluent in French and English , with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
• Strategic thinker who can roll up their sleeves in a scale-up environment
• Experience building scalable, efficient global operations
• Comfortable in a hybrid setting (2–3 days per week in central London HQ)
