We’re hiring: Product Owner at Voltaware. We use proprietary electricity sensors and AI-driven algorithms to break energy consumption down to the appliance level. We are expanding our product team and looking for a Product Owner with strong Agile expertise and proven delivery experience. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role focused on managing and delivering across our full product portfolio, including native apps, internal CRMs, B2B dashboards, and API suite.
What you will do
Translate business goals into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder input
Enable your engineering team to deliver their best work; removing blockers, enabling smooth collaboration, and tracking delivery
Work closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver value
Coordinate with QA to ensure all features are tested and meet acceptance criteria
Join client meetings and lead product discovery to validate concepts, gather feedback, and ensure delivery meets user needs
What we are looking for
4–5 years’ experience as Product Owner/Manager or in Agile roles
Solid knowledge of Agile & Scrum
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with APIs, system architecture, and integrations
Ability to align cross-functional teams and prioritize competing demands
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma
Nice to have
Exposure to UX/UI design principles or working alongside design teams
