Highways Supervisor

We are urgently recruiting on behalf of a major civil engineering contractor for a Freelance Highways Supervisor for an immediate start. This is a 3-month contract overseeing critical highways schemes and infrastructure works.

As the on-site Supervisor, you will hit the ground running to drive delivery, manage site teams, and ensure all civil works are executed safely, on program, and in strict compliance with local authority street works guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day site operations, coordinating direct labor and subcontractors on live highways schemes.
• NRSWA Compliance: Oversee street works activities, ensuring excavations, reinstatements, and traffic management setups fully comply with NRSWA regulations.
• Health & Safety: Enforce strict site safety, deliver tool-box talks, manage daily site diaries, and ensure all RAMS are adhered to.
• Program Delivery: Monitor short-term
