Shuttering Carpenter

We are looking for experienced Shuttering Carpenters to join a busy construction/civil engineering project.

The successful candidates will have strong experience in formwork and reinforced concrete structures and be confident working from drawings to complete shuttering works safely and efficiently.

Duties

• Carry out shuttering and formwork installation
• Work on reinforced concrete structures
• Read and work from construction drawings
• Build and assemble formwork to specification
• Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Work closely with supervisors and other site trades
• Maintain good housekeeping and follow site health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Shuttering Carpenter
• Strong formwork and reinforced concrete experience
• Valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card
• Valid Manual Handling certificate
• Valid Asbestos Awareness certificate
• Experience on construction or civil engineering projects
• Able to work from drawings independently
• Reliable and safety-conscious
