Duties as a Service Advisor:

Greeting customers and managing service appointments efficiently
Providing expert advice on vehicle repairs and maintenance
Scheduling service work to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion
Liaising with technicians and parts departments to meet customer expectations
Upselling additional services where appropriate
Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up communications
Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction throughout all interactions

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Knowledge of automotive technical services and pricing structures
Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
Ability to work as part of a team and deliver exceptional service
