Compliance Administrator

Montrose | Hybrid Working (2 Days Office / 3 Days Home) | 13.50 - 14.00 per Hour | 35 Hours per Week | Early Finish Every Friday

Temporary Contract - Minimum 3 Months | Potential Permanent Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Montrose. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a structured, detail-focused environment and is confident managing sensitive information and multiple deadlines.

Initially offered on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months, this role could become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner
• Maintaining document control systems and ensuring records are up to date
• Monitoring compliance trackers and databases
• Updating trackers with accurate information and supporting documentation
• Identifying upcoming expiry dates, renewals, and key compliance deadlines
• Proactively flagging important dates to relevant stakeholders
• Chasing external stakeholders for outstanding documents, information, and updates
• Handling sensitive and confidential documentation with professionalism
• Providing general administrative support to the wider compliance team

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous administration experience within a fast-paced office environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence liaising with external stakeholders
• Experience working with confidential or sensitive documents
• A proactive and professional approach to work
