Cover Supervisor – Benfleet, Essex

Location: Benfleet, Essex
Pay: £110–£160 per day
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Benfleet and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Cover Supervisors, graduates considering a career in teaching, or individuals with experience working with young people.

The Role:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain engaged.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students with their learning and classroom activities.
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Confident, adaptable and enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
