Multi Skilled Operative

Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in theUK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.

We're looking for a Multi Skilled Operative who will deliver varying fabric repairs and small project tasks covering a range of building trades.

TheMulti Skilled Operative will be responsible for:

• General repairs and maintenance to the building fabric, including carpentry, tiling, wall and floor repairs. Painting and decorating (as and when required) Flooring repairs to include hard flooring, and carpet tiles.
• Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs. Basic plastering for making good damaged walls. Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
• Experience of PDA technology for reporting and completion of jobs is essential.
• Fire Door inspections and repairs.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Operative role you must have:

• Skilled operative qualified to a C&G or NVQ in a fabric trade, such as carpentry, joinery or plumbing.
• IT knowledge
