Internal Sales Executive / Project Administrator

Salary: Up to 35,000 | Engineering | Technical Sales | Project Support

We're recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive / Project Administrator to join a growing specialist engineering business.

This is a varied role combining technical sales, customer enquiries, quotations and project administration. You'll work closely with customers, contractors and engineers, supporting projects from initial enquiry through to delivery.

The Role

• Prepare quotations, proposals and pricing for customers.
• Review technical specifications, drawings and tender documents.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers and engineers.
• Provide project administration support, coordinating documentation and technical information.
• Follow up quotations and help convert enquiries into orders.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring information is accurate and deadlines are met.
• Support the wider sales team with customer enquiries and ongoing projects.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an organised, commercially minded individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

• Experience as an Internal Sales Executive, Project Administrator or within a similar sales support or coordination role.
• Background in engineering, HVAC, M&E, construction or building services would be advantageous.
• Experience preparing quotations, processing orders or coordinating projects.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident dealing with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and priorities.

Previous technical experience would be beneficial, although full product training will be provided.
