Team Leader – Children’s EBD Residential Home

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our children’s residential home, providing a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

The successful candidate will lead and motivate the staff team, provide guidance and support, ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards, and promote positive outcomes through high-quality, child-centred care.

Candidates must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or an equivalent relevant qualification) , be currently working towards it, or be willing to enrol and complete the qualification within an agreed timeframe shortly after taking up the role. Strong leadership and communication skills, a commitment to safeguarding, and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people are essential.
