TeamJobs are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse/Despatch Operative to join a busy manufacturing company based in Poole.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience who is looking for a long-term position with the opportunity to go permanent!

What's in it for you?

• Monday to Friday - no weekends!
• 9:00am - 5:30pm
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Full-time, consistent hours

What you'll be doing:

• Picking, packing and preparing orders for despatch
• Checking products for quality and accuracy
• Labelling parcels and preparing delivery paperwork
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse systems
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Putting away stock and keeping the warehouse organised
• Ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time
• Supporting other areas of production when required

What we're looking for:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Experience in picking, packing or despatch
• Good attention to detail
• Confident using computers and warehouse systems
• Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
• Reliable, organised and a good team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
