Warehouse Operative

Location: Faygate, West Sussex
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Contract: Permanent – Straight into a permanent position

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established composite decking and cladding manufacturer and supplier based in Faygate.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for a stable, permanent position with regular weekday hours.

The Role

The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day running of the warehouse and yard, helping to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties will include:

• General warehouse and yard duties
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving and organising stock
• Keeping the warehouse and yard tidy, clean and organised
• Assisting with goods in and goods out
• Supporting the wider team with daily operational tasks

The Ideal Candidate

• A reliable, hardworking and practical individual
• Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse or yard environment
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Organised, punctual and willing to learn
• Previous warehouse or yard experience would be beneficial but is not essential
