• Technical understanding of electrical, electronic, software-controlled or electromechanical systems.
• Knowledge of engineering lifecycles, including requirements, design, manufacture, integration, verification, validation and acceptance.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and configuration control.
• Commercial awareness, including change control, contract management and margin protection.
• Strong organisational skills, a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Experience with Automated Test Equipment, avionics test systems or test-system integration.
• Background in aerospace, defence, space, rail, energy or another regulated industry.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, requirements management and formal design-gate processes.
• Experience of fixed-price contracts, contract changes, claims management or delayed project recovery.
• Experience coordinating multi-country projects, subcontractors or international delivery partners.
• Relevant project management qualification or experience involving technical leadership, engineering management, logistics or equipment support.

Benefits:

• Annual performance bonus.
• Enhanced pension contribution scheme.
• Private healthcare and health cash plan.
