Site Manager - New Build Industrial Development

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new-build development comprising six industrial units. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver the project on time and to the required quality standards.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven Site Management experience within building and civil engineering works.
• Valid SMSTS certification .
• Valid First Aid at Work certificate .
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors, site programmes, and quality control.

Desirable: Previous experience within the rail industry.

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Site Manager with the experience and qualifications to successfully deliver this industrial development. </p
