CNC Machine Operator – Aerospace Manufacturing

Location: Redditch

We are recruiting CNC Operators to join an established aerospace manufacturing environment, producing precision components to demanding quality standards.

The Role

• Operating CNC machinery to manufacture precision engineering components.
• Loading and unloading components safely and efficiently.
• Following production instructions, engineering drawings and specifications.
• Monitoring machining operations and checking components during production.
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure components meet the required standards.
• Identifying and reporting defects or issues with machinery and finished products.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

About You

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Good attention to detail and an understanding of quality standards.
• Ability to follow production instructions and work accurately.
• A reliable, practical and safety-conscious approach.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a production team.

Experience within aerospace, precision engineering or metal manufacturing would be particularly beneficial.
