Working as part of a wider HR Team you will be based onsite partnering the manufacturing site of approx 280 employees.
Coach and support People Leader competency in managing their squad including performance management, development, and engagement
Managing absence, discipline & grievance cases and driving plans that deal with improvement & root cause
Lead Performance Reviews and follow up plans to develop a high performing culture by supporting the Feedback Cycle, development plans and talent mapping
Drive key engagement messages through our people leaders and pulse check engagement levels of employees through engagement surveys
Keeping employeeengagement at the forefront of everything we do and supporting the delivery of high impact engagement plans across all areas
The ideal candidate:
Based onsite 5 days per week
Strong ER/case management experience (FMCG or manufacturing)
Skilled in coaching, engagement & handling complex situations
