Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for a stable, Monday-Friday role with consistent hours and a supportive team environment?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company specialising in the installation, repair and servicing of gates and barriers, where you'll play a key part in keeping the service department running smoothly.
The company has a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer service. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an Office Administrator to support customer bookings, job scheduling and general office operations.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to book in new jobs, manage emails, and support the team with the CRN system and day-to-day administration.
This role would suit someone with previous office experience who enjoys dealing with customers, staying organised, and working in a fast-paced office environment.

The Role:

• Taking incoming calls from customers and handling enquiries
• Booking in new jobs and supporting scheduling / job administration
• Assisting with the CRN system
• Managing emails and general office correspondence
• General office duties and admin support
• Monday-Friday (choose 8-4 or 9-5 )

The Person:

• Previous office / administrative experience
• Confident speaking to customers over the phone
• Comfortable using computer systems (email, booking systems, CRN)
• Organised, reliable and able to multitask
• Team player with a professional manner
