The Board is now seeking a CEO with the vision, commercial acumen and leadership capability to accelerate growth, strengthen market leadership and unlock the full potential of the business across the UK and Europe.
The opportunity:

Reporting to the Board, you will have full responsibility for the strategy, performance and future direction of the organisation.
This is a genuine growth and transformation mandate. You will shape long-term strategy, sharpen commercial focus, identify new opportunities and build an organisation capable of delivering sustained profitable growth.
Operating at the intersection of consumer technology, connected products and IoT solutions , the business serves both professional and consumer customers through multiple channels and across diverse international markets.
Supported by recognised brands, a talented team and the resources of a larger international group, you will have the autonomy to drive meaningful change and create long-term value.
Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute an ambitious growth strategy.
• Increase market share and strengthen competitive advantage across the UK and Europe.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability and shareholder value.
• Develop and lead a high-performing executive team across commercial, technical, operational and support functions.
• Champion innovation, product development and customer experience.
• Ensure operational excellence, strong governance and financial discipline.

The person:

You are an accomplished CEO, Managing Director, Divisional President or Business Unit Leader with a proven track record of delivering growth within a product-led, technology-enabled environment.
You will bring:

• Full P&L accountability within a complex commercial organisation.
• A track record of scaling businesses and delivering profitable growth.
• Strong strategic, commercial and operational leadership credentials.
• Experience developing markets, channels and routes to market internationally.
• A leadership style that combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.
