Meridian are working with a growingindustrial M&E contractor based nearOxfordthat are looking for an Electrician to join their permanent team.Many of their projects are based within the region so will offer a variety of industrial sites such as hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, water treatment works, factories, engineering facilities, manufactories, and power plants. Overtime and additional earning opportunities are available, so if you're lookingfor a permanent position with a variety of projects, then this opportunity is perfect for you!

• Starting salarybetween 40k - 43k DoE
• Plenty of additional OTE, weekends, and additional shifts to comfortably add earning potential of 50k+ (if desired)

Requirements for the role:

• Gold JIB card required
• BS th Edition
• Additional qualifications are NOT essential but could be beneficial e.g IPAF, EUSR card, 2391 I&T, PASMA etc
• Relevant industry experience on industrial M&E sites
• Experience working on sites such as hospitals, water treatment works, pharmaceutical plants, water and utilities, MoD and high-security sites, etc.
• Full UK driving licence (there will be travel involved in this role)
• Ability to sometimes stay away on overnight stays when required

Duties will include (but are not exclusive to):

• Installation of industrial electrical equipment on various sized projects and sites
• Working alongside other trades, subcontractors, and permanent staff on functionalindustrial facilities
• Work closely with supervisory and management staff to help project sign offs by assisting with the end of project reports
• Reporting progress to management teams to assist them with their technical support on compliance, reports, and project paperwork
• Following site induction, HSE, and compliance procedures at all times to ensure your own and other people's health & safety
• Keeping up to date with industry regulations and HSE governing bodies to ensure compliance and
