Job Specification: Telesales / Internal Sales Executive

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 per annum
Bonus: Tiered bonus scheme + commission
Working Pattern: Hybrid – office and home working
Contract: Full-time

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a confident, motivated and results-driven Telesales / Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll be making outbound calls to prospective customers, booking appointments and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.

No industry experience is required. Full product and service training will be provided internally. We’re more interested in your attitude, personality and determination to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided call lists.
• Build relationships with potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and work towards agreed targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company services.
• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring customer records and follow-up activities are accurate and up to date.
• Follow up on leads and previous conversations to maximise sales opportunities.
• Work towards individual and team targets for calls, appointments and sales performance.
• Represent the business professionally and communicate confidently with prospective customers.
• Maintain a proactive approach to business development and contribute to the team's overall success.

Salary, Commission and Benefits

• £30,000–£35,000 basic salary per annum.

You’ll be confident, enthusiastic and able to bounce back from rejection. You understand that success in sales comes from consistency, resilience and a positive attitude.

Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, call centres or internal sales would be beneficial, but it’s not essential . Your personality, work ethic and willingness to learn are what really matter.
