Hales Group are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established client based in Eye, Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a full-time position offering 40+ hours per week within a busy and supportive team. You will support the smooth running of warehouse operations, ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched efficiently.

Location: Eye, Suffolk
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:45pm (40+ hours per week)
Contract: Temporary ongoing assignment with a minimum expected duration of 12 weeks. Permanent opportunities may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Unloading deliveries and moving stock to designated warehouse locations
Picking and packing customer orders accurately
Shrink wrapping products and preparing goods for dispatch
Palletising products ready for storage or transportation
Supporting general warehouse operations
Following company procedures and health & safety standards
Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets

To be considered for the role of Warehouse Operative you will need:

Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous but is not essential
A good level of physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling duties
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
A reliable, hardworking and positive approach
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport due to the location of the site
