Pay Rate: 22.00 per hour
Parking: Free on-site parking available
Tech-People are currently looking for 2 experienced Decorators to work on a high-end mansion project in Oxford.
The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail and experience carrying out snagging work to a high standard. As the property is currently occupied, decorators must be professional, respectful and able to maintain a clean and tidy working environment at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Touching up scuffs, scratches and marks on walls.
• Repairing chipped paint around doors, corners and other surfaces.
• Correcting uneven paint coverage and missed patches.
• Checking rooms against snagging lists and rectifying defects.
• Correcting roller marks, paint drips and runs.
• Ensuring all touch-ups blend seamlessly with existing finishes.
• Rectifying untidy paint lines around ceilings, walls and woodwork.
• Correcting paint marks on unintended surfaces.
• Improving paintwork around sockets, switches and door frames.
• Returning to rectify any snags identified during inspections.

Requirements

• Valid Blue CSCS Card .
• Full 5-point PPE.
• Previous experience in painting and decorating, particularly snagging work.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Professional, respectful and tidy approach, as the property is occupied.
• Two work references.
