Packing Operative

Packers Required - Oldham

Due to continued growth, our client based in Oldham is looking to recruit multiple Production Operatives / Packers to join their team in the coming weeks.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy production and packing environment, with regular hours and overtime opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting supervisors in all aspects of the packing line
• Packing and labelling products in line with company instructions
• Achieving and maintaining productivity targets
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe and tidy at all times
• Carrying out duties as instructed by Supervisors, Chargehands and Team Leaders
• Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the department
• Working across different sites when required (advantageous)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm
• Overtime available after scheduled shifts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in packing, production or bench work is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Flexibility to work across different sites would be advantageous
• Safety boots and a hi-vis vest are essential

Additional Information:

• All inductions will take place at our client's Head Office in Oldham.
• Immediate starts available for successful candidates.
