Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wellingborough that is looking for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis from October half term .

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working across different age groups and is happy to provide classroom cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 . As you will be covering across the key stages, all planning and resources will be provided by the school , allowing you to focus on delivering engaging lessons, supporting pupils and building positive relationships.

Role Highlights:

• Full-time, long-term position starting October half term 2026
• Teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 within the same primary school
• No lesson planning required - planning and resources are provided by the school
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons using the school's existing planning
• Adapt your teaching approach to suit different year groups and pupil needs
• Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Provide appropriate support and differentiation for pupils with SEND and additional needs
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other school staff
• Follow school policies, safeguarding procedures and behaviour expectations
• Become a valued and consistent member of the school community

About You:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Have experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
• Be confident working with pupils across different Primary year groups
• Be happy to teach across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be adaptable and able to quickly settle into different classrooms
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be passionate about supporting children's learning and development
• Be committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Be reliable, enthusiastic and professional
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

ECTs are also encouraged to apply , with this role offering the opportunity to gain valuable experience across different Primary key stages within one school.
