Sub Agent - Bedfordshire

We are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join our team on a major infrastructure project based in Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in coordinating site operations and delivering complex civil engineering works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day site activities and subcontractors
• Monitor progress against programme and planned targets
• Review drawings, specifications and construction methods
• Ensure works meet quality, health and safety standards
• Support site planning, reporting and resource management
• Assist the Site Agent with project delivery

About You:

• Experience as a Sub Agent or in a similar civil engineering role
• Strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure
• Good understanding of construction methods and site operations
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Able to coordinate teams and drive progress
