Construction Manager

Construction Manager | Didcot

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a civil engineering/construction project in Didcot .

Working closely with the Project Manager , you’ll support the day-to-day management and delivery of the project , helping keep works safe, organised and on programme.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing site teams and subcontractors
• Coordinating day-to-day site activities
• Monitoring programme, quality and H&S
• Resolving site and delivery issues
• Supporting the Project Manager with overall delivery
• Communicating with subcontractors and the wider project team

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Strong construction/civils background
• Previous Construction or Site Management experience
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Tier 1 contractor experience beneficial
