Pay Rate: £12.71 – £13.53 per hour

Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for Warehouse and Production Operatives to join a busy, well-established manufacturing business based in Banbury.

We have multiple opportunities available for reliable, hard-working individuals looking for ongoing work within a fast-paced warehouse and production environment.

Duties Will Include:

• Working on busy production lines
• Operating production machinery following training
• Picking, packing and preparing products for dispatch
• Loading and unloading goods
• Quality checking finished products
• Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working towards daily production targets

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or production experience desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable with a good attitude towards work
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout your shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
