Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting several Part-Time School Cleaners to support the general cleaning of schools across Exeter and the surrounding areas .

Working as part of a busy, friendly team, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout school buildings, ensuring a clean and safe environment for everyone.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy cleaning, have good attention to detail and are looking for part-time, term-time work .

What We Offer

Key Duties

• Carry out general cleaning of classrooms, school halls, communal areas, offices and washrooms.
• Mop floors and maintain clean surfaces throughout school buildings.
• Wipe down surfaces to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Clean glass doors and mirrors.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste.
• Replenish dispensers as required.
• Work as part of a team to maintain a clean, hygienic and safe school environment.

Requirements

• DBS Certificate of Clearance is required, with assistance available from Acorn by Synergie.
• Reliable and hardworking approach.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Enjoyment of cleaning and working as part of a friendly team.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday during school term time.
