Customer Support Assistant - Bournemouth - up to £33,000 per annum

As a Customer Support Assistant , you’ll be the trusted voice accountants turn to when they need clear, reliable answers, with a salary of up to £33,000.

You’ll join a close, sociable team inside a business that has grown from 30 to over 230 people and still feels like family.

As a Customer Support Assistant, you will benefit from:

As a Customer Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound queries by phone, email, live chat and the client portal
• Diagnosing and resolving technical and non-technical software issues
• Recording and tracking every query accurately in the ticketing system
• Keeping clients updated until each query is fully resolved
• Working closely with colleagues and implementation consultants to find the right solution
• Contributing ideas to help guides, the knowledge base and service improvements

As a Customer Support Assistant, your experience will include:

• Experience in a customer support or customer service environment
• Experience supporting software or using ticketing systems
• Basic accounting knowledge or experience supporting finance software is a bonus, not essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An organised, methodical and conscientious approach
• A team-focused attitude and confident use of MS Office, including Excel
