Skilled Labourer

Our client an Essex based Social Housing Contractor currently seek x2 experienced Skilled Labourers for one of theirprojects in Tonbridge, Kent.

The work itself is occupied Social Housing upgrades.

It is essential that you hold a CSCS card, DBS, and would be a benefit ifyou held working at heights, Manual Handling, and Asbestos Awareness.

Although full training in this can be offered free of charge.

Duties will include:

• Assistinga Multi Trader with property defects.
• Clearing out gutters
• Woking off Ali towers
• Preparing walls, ceilings, and woodwork for painting
• Basic Painting duties
• Jet washing
• Loading and unloading of tools and materials
• All other associated tasks as instructed

This is a permanent position with an initial trial agency period of 8-12weeks and if all parties are happy you will become permanent from the 13th week onwards.
